ANYTHING GALILEO

The first International Festival of New Ten-minute plays under the title “Anything Galileo” was a massive project that took six months to produce. Calls for plays were sent out to different playwriting outlets both nationally and internationally.

A selecting committee, chaired by me, read all entries and through an evaluation process plays were eliminated until the top eight plays were chosen for production.

As the director of the program, I coordinated and supervised the direction of each play and the overall production of the festival. As the producer, since the theme of the festival was Galileo, I decided that the production needed to be done in-the-round.
